30-Day Easy Returns
- Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be in original condition with packaging and accessories.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Return shipping cost is covered by us for damaged/defective items; otherwise customer-paid.
2-Year Frame Warranty
- Frame covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from purchase.
- Warranty excludes normal wear, wind/weather damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

How to Start a Return

- We send a return label (if eligible) or instructions.
- Ship it back; we process the refund/replacement.
Custom printed canopies are made to order and non-returnable except for defects.
