Ordered from PopyVee and want to know where your shade is? Most US orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse and arrive in 3–7 business days.

Your tracking number was sent in your shipment confirmation email right after your order left our warehouse. Click the carrier link in that email to follow your parcel live.

Didn’t get a tracking email?

• Check your spam / promotions folder for an email from [email protected].
• Allow 48 hours after placing the order — tracking is issued once the carrier scans the package.
• Still missing? Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we’ll reply within 1 business day.
